[Case Study]
Client: Town of Port Hedland
The Town of Port Hedland needed a distinctive identity and campaign platform for its annual food festival.
The event needed to attract local attendance, engage regional audiences and support economic activity for local businesses. It also had to bring together multiple vendors, sponsors and community stakeholders under one cohesive and recognisable brand.
The challenge was to create something that felt contemporary and energetic, while still grounded in place.
Impact Digi delivered the naming, brand identity and campaign creative for Hedland Food Festival, including a visual identity that captured the vibrancy of the region.
The festival involved multiple vendors, sponsors and council stakeholders, each with different expectations and priorities.
We addressed this by establishing a clear brand system early and applying it consistently across all materials. This provided structure for approvals, reduced ambiguity and ensured the event presented as one cohesive experience rather than a collection of separate elements.
