[Case Study]
Client: BCI Minerals
BCI Minerals engaged Impact Digi to design its Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
The RAP needed to visually communicate the company’s commitment to reconciliation in a clear and credible way, while aligning with corporate brand standards and expectations from Reconciliation Australia.
The content addressed cultural, social and organisational commitments. It required thoughtful visual treatment that respected the subject matter without becoming tokenistic or overly decorative.
We provided graphic design, layout and production support for BCI Minerals’ Reflect RAP.
Working closely with the client’s internal team, we translated policy-driven content into a structured, accessible publication suitable for both digital and print distribution.
This included:
We ensured the document maintained a clear hierarchy, supported readability and reflected the seriousness of the commitments outlined within it.
Reconciliation Action Plans require balance. They must feel authentic and culturally respectful while still operating within a corporate framework.
We addressed this by prioritising clarity and restraint in the design approach. Cultural references were integrated with care and intention, ensuring the document remained credible, grounded and aligned to the client’s corporate identity.
