We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional team member to complete a Certificate III in Business.

The successful candidate will join our creative team to service our client’s administration needs, with a focus on digital marketing.

The part-time role commences March 30, 2022 for 12 months with possibility of permanent employment.


  • A formal training plan with study time

  • Creating content for our clients in our city centre office and also out in the field
  • Taking photos for social media and websites
  • Posting and moderating corporate social media accounts
  • Answering emails and telephone calls in a professional, helpful manner
  • General administrative duties
  • Attending networking and professional events
  • Creating digital marketing adverts
  • Mail collection
  • Preparing reports
  • Marketing
  • Will be required to use Apple Mac computer and equipment as part of role
  • Electronic file management
  • Customer service
    Set up of workshops and exhibitions
